It's 11:57 PM, 3 minutes left to midnight, so, I am able to start writing my diary for today before getting over the night again. I feel so accomplished.
I left home at 6:40 AM, and arrived at the office around 8:00 AM, it's definitely not too shabby. It's been raining pretty frequently in the last couple of days, so Seattle deserves another nickname of "Rainy Capital". On my way home after work, the rain actually was pouring down. When I arrived at the last major intersection at Thrasher's corner, raindrops were still pretty sizable.
My parents liked talking about global politics, so I heard of their discussions as soon as I entered the house. After dinner, I was tired and had fallen into sleep until 20 minutes earlier.
I thought about a lot of things happening in my life today...
Ok, let me check on Expedia again, see if I still can fly to Dallas to watch the bowl games.
Wow, it's definitely not a bad deal, 489 round tickets on board AA/Alaska from Seattle to Dallas, so total is almost 1000 bucks for me and my son, adding standard rental car at Hertz, total is up to 1,300 bucks;
Staying at Hotel Indigo, which is only 1.88 miles away from Fair Park, for two nights: 250 bucks
Buying two tickets to Huskies' bowl game: 280 bucks
Visiting Johnson Space Center, tickets plus misc. 100 bucks
Staying at Hotel Galvez & Spa ior one night: 150 bucks (Galveston)
Staying at Springhill Suites only 1,47 mile to TCU for one night: 130 bucks
Buying two tickets to Armed Forces Bowl: 250 bucks
Staying at Hyatt inside DFW airport before flying home in early morning on 30th: 130 bucks
Grand Total for this Huskies' Bowl Trip:
1300+250+280+100+150+130+250+130+200*5= $3,590.
(200 per day including meals and fuels, etc.)
Wonderful plan! Ok, I will keep dreaming in the next couple of hours before going to work.
I definitely won't spend such a lot of money for this trip. However, I love planning for fascinating trips, just like I started planning to go back to Sweden in 2006, but had never realized until this summer. It's great. I will do this college football bowl tour 10 years later too.
Have a good dream!
