Patrick's Diary - 7/1/2015

As soon as I heard reporter on 105.3 warning that a bad accident blocked two lanes on I-405 South close to 85th Street, I immediately turned right onto the road going through local. It ended up a wise decision because I arrived at office within an hour. I hadn't driven through Juanita Road for almost two months, it is always a nice drive anyway.
People reading my blog probably try to figure out why I put so much effort on writing the stuff. Am I motivated by money or women? I didn't grow up in capitalism, so money is not the most important thing in my world, though I have never been a poor guy in anytime in my life. Loving women was the most important thing when I was a teen and youth. I did experience the bad relationships but didn't commit suicide, so I passed the test, accordingly, it is no longer relevant in my life either. I just love writing. I wrote a lot of stuff in Chinese when I was young, now I am writing in English. Because I type in English much faster than in Chinese, I rarely write in Chinese, though I could write much more beautiful and sophisticated diaries in it. Another factor actually is that my life is almost in English environment except the conversations with my parents entirely and most of the time with my son.

Sleeping an hour or two, I drove to gym. The moon is full tonight, embedded in dark blue sky, it looked so beautiful. If possible, you may want to jump onto it and become part of it, I do.
It is almost midnight, let me find a song before going to bed... I tried to recall any hits in 1988 when I had opportunity to start following all top pop songs but wasn't able to think about any particular one. However, after searching on Youtube, I recalled Michael Jackson, Rick Astley, Whitney Houston and George Michael were all still pretty popular then. Between "Never Gonna Give You Up" and "Father Figure", I selected the former. I will post the other one tomorrow.
