Keeping chatting with my classmates at CUMT over night until early morning on Sunday, we covered several topics. One of my classmates mentioned that Manchester Derby would be televised. We watched from both sides of the Pacific. It's a scoreless match but both teams played very hard.
After lunch, I went to gym to workout and came back home to catch the most important match for me during this weekend. Sounders was hosting Real Salt Lake City in regular season finale. This was a crucial match for Sounders and they didn't disappoint the fans soaked by the rains. In the first 20 minutes, they had already scored three times. Dempsey's first goal was triggered by a perfect cross by Martins and Pappa's second goal was such a smart shot. Dempsey made his second after the ball was saved by Salt Lake City's goalkeeper. Eventually, Sounders took the 4th spot in Western Conference. They would host LA Galaxy at CenturyLink Field on Wednesday night. I definitely would go for it.
After the match, Sounders Club hosted a ceremony for "Fans' Appreciation Day". I am not sure if I caught it correctly, did Sigi say that Sounders fans might not be the best fans of the world? Was it a joke? He should have said that Sounders fans are amongst the best fans in the world if he didn't want to exaggerate.
Ok, workdays will start again, so I went to sleep at 11:00 pm on Sunday night...
